Jeremy Miller is a Singer/Songwriter signed with Tree Stand Entertainment residing in Nashville, TN. He brings a very distinctive new sound to Country music mixing between a traditional style and his brand of country rock. Jeremy grew up in Ohio breaking Thoroughbred horses and in the midst of his daily routine something dramatic happened, he became a professional bull rider. Competing at rodeos all over the country doing that “8 second dance” he was on the fast-track to success when suddenly, tragedy struck. He had an accident that led to a skull fracture almost ending his life. Jeremy Miller was left with a tough decision to retire from bull riding and pursue the other passion in his heart, playing music. This true to life cowboy grew up listening to his heroes Chris Ledoux, George Strait, Waylon Jennings, and Garth Brooks in hopes of one day following in their footsteps. Thankful that God saved his life and his new-found dream realized Jeremy after leaving the hospital, three days later packed up everything in 2008 and moved to the one place where Country music breathes freely in the air, Nashville, Tennessee. Shortly after Jeremy arrived in Nashville, he began getting invited to play shows at various clubs, corporate events, and festivals throughout the country. Henry Paul (guitar/mandolin/vocals) from the Multi-Platinum group, Blackhawk had this to say, “Jeremy Miller is a young, energetic newcomer to the country music landscape. His talent as a singer and songwriter will serve him well on his journey to national stardom.” In February 2011 Jeremy Miller released his debut EP, “Falling Forward,” on which he wrote four of the six songs. Jeremy has an undeniable vocal style that grabs the listener’s ear with grit and an excitement which makes anyone who hears this music a believer. “Falling Forward” has a lyrical theme throughout about the life of a cowboy and the code that goes along with it, 8 second bull rides, relationships, and the addictions and struggles of life. Jeremy Miller had this to say about the “Falling Forward” project, “I want to show people the values that I was raised on; putting God, family, and others before myself. On “Falling Forward” I really show how I was brought up and how I put my “no lose” attitude and how things are always possible with God and hard work. I take real life experiences and put them into my music. I figure you can only write about what you know and this is all I know.” Jeremy’s songwriting goes from emotional power ballads to anthems that will have crowds singing along and get them on their feet.
